Opened in 2014, the SIT Queenstown student apartments have:

  • 9 units, each with 3 double bedrooms
  • Ensuite off each bedroom
  • Full kitchen facilities
  • Washing machine and dryer
  • Two minute walk to SIT campus and shopping centre
  • Power and internet is included in the rent
  • Each student will be required to pay a $400 bond + 4 weeks rent in advance (bond is refundable if no damage, is left clean & tidy and key returned)
  • New international students will receive a welcome pack that includes: one set of bed sheets, pillowcase, duvet, pillow mattress protector, towels, face cloths and a food parcel for their first breakfast. This is yours to keep when you leave.

Pricing & Information

  • $170 per week for student sharing a bedroom with 1 other student
  • $254 per week for single non-sharing bedroom
  • $360 per week for a couple sharing a room (subject to availability)

Accomodation for International Students

Each student will be required to pay a $400 bond + 4 weeks rent in advance (bond is refundable if no damage, is left clean & tidy and key returned)
