Degree and Postgraduate study
If you are interested in business degree level study you can choose between the Bachelor of Accounting, and the Bachelor of Commerce, which offers a choice of two majors - Management or Marketing. Both programmes offer a mix of academic and practical learning and are delivered by top tutors. Final year Bachelor of Accounting students complete a professional accounting project alongside practical work experience. Third-year Bachelor of Commerce students also have options for research projects and/or work experience papers. The Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Management, or Master of Applied Management offer options if you want to continue your study after completing your degree.
Diploma level study
If you are not sure about committing to a three-year degree, then there is a wide range of one year diploma options available, specialising in Accounting, Administration & Technology, Human Resource Management, Leadership & Management, Marketing & Sales or Project Management. Most NZ Diploma in Business (L5) courses can be cross credited to degree programmes, making it convenient to move to year two of the degree programmes.
Certificate level study
If you're a school leaver, changing careers or wanting to update your skills to return to the workforce, our New Zealand Certificate in Business (Administration and Technology) is a fantastic first step. Equip yourself with a wide range of practical skills and the confidence to begin employment in an office environment, or move on to further study in the New Zealand Certificate in Business and beyond.
