Telford Jeff Farm Scholarship

  • Jeff Farm Scholarship - Applications for assistance will be considered from young people who want to be trained in and/or further educated in farming and require assistance on account of their financial situation, their existing environment, or their state of health.
  • Applicants must be full-time students undertaking a diploma or certificate – this award is not for students studying extramurally.
  • Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Selection Criteria:

The criteria for selection will be

  1. Financial hardship
  2. Environmental factors
  3. Health issues
  • Strong evidence you fit into at least one of the above criteria needs to be outlined clearly in the application form.

Available to:

  • Massey Diploma in Agriculture (Level 5)
  • Farming Systems and Equipment (Level 3) (Dairy, Sheep and Beef)
  • New Zealand Certificate in Animal Technology (Level 5) (Rural Animal Technician)
