Study Massage Therapy at SIT

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a rewarding career, with the flexibility to work as part of a team in a multidisciplinary clinic or running your own business. Massage therapists promote health and well-being by helping clients to relax, improve physical performance and treat musculoskeletal dysfunctions.

SIT offers massage qualifications at Diploma and Bachelor level. All our courses are NZQA accredited.

We offer HyFlex/Blended Delivery (distance learning) options for Year 2 / Level 6 and Year 3. Some programmes have compulsory on-campus block weeks in Invercargill for approximately 5-7 days. For further information please email Donna Smith. Year 1 / Level 5 is taught face to face on our Invercargill campus. For further information please email Victoria Morgan.
